Chris McDonald

Christopher McDonald is a Diploma in Business tutor.  He has a Teacher's Certificate and is currently enrolled for the National Certificate in Adult Education Level 5.  He is trained and certified to use standards to assess candidate performance and prepare candidate(s) for assessment against standards.

Christopher has many years of adult education experience, developing and facilitating programmes in workplace representation, health and safety, employment relations and art.

He has worked as a consultant in partnership with senior managers of large organisations and unions to develop pay systems based on skills and qualifications.
