Diploma in Business is a 41 week, case study and real life practical project based coursework that  gives an introduction to a wide range of tasks that come with developing key skills to join the workforce or manage a small business/ franchise. From developing a strategic / business plan, to marketing and financial management, you’ll develop strategic business skills in a range of key areas

Diploma in Computing includes various hardware and software projects that help prepare students for the New Zealand IT industry.

Diploma in Film and Television (Production) strongly focuses on industry standards and "student show reels" are part of course that assists students' prospective employment.
Many practical hands-on production exercises are conducted during the course.

Our additional support service assists you in integrating into the NZ workforce and help you overcome any barriers to employment.

Various interactive workshops are provided during your time at college.  For example, writing an up-to-date curriculum vitae in the preferred NZ format, interview tips and techniques, your legal rights in the NZ business environment and pathways to Immigration.  This type of knowledge is essential so that you are able to easily work and settle in NZ.

A volunteer programme whereby students work in a business environment while studying is well established at NCBT.  Students gain hands on experience in the NZ workplace, as well as kiwi work references.  This programme has been extremely successful and rewarding for all students who participate.
