Suchika Khullar

Suchika Khullar, is our Operations Manager responsible for a wide variety of functional solutions across NCBT Companies.


With over 13 years of solid and extensive experience in the education industry in NZ, Suchika is a vital member of NCBTs Senior Management Team.  She has exceptional management and planning skills and a committed focus on quality, qualification development, stakeholder management, contract and vendor management, service improvement and risk management.

She is currently also managing our Department of Business. 

She contributes operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepares and completes action plans; implement projects, reviews and improves quality and customer-service standards; resolves problems; manages comprehensive audits and helps identify long term trends.

Suchika is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Applied Management, has a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University and National Certificate in NZ Adult Education and Training Level 4
 
In addition she also has various IT related certificates including NZQA, NatDip in Computing Level 5, Microsoft Certified Professional (IIS), Honors in Systems Management from NIIT, Delhi
